I’m extremely picky about doctors and always get stressed about eye exams, choosing glasses, and contacts, so finding this place has been such a relief. The entire staff is wonderful—kind, patient, personable, and never pushy. I can be very indecisive, and they genuinely let you take your time while still giving honest opinions about what looks good. They remember you, your history, and even your family, which makes every visit feel so personal.

The eye exams are seamless and gentle, and they go above and beyond to help with everything from discounts and rebates to CareCredit. I even wanted to see how I looked with blue contacts, and they gave me a free pair to try! And the free pair of sunglasses is such a great bonus—they’re actually really nice sunglasses.

Once again I am satisfied with a unique pair of eyewear. My glasses are accessories so they have to be statement pieces. Working with the Smith Street crew is always a pleasure. This is pair # 10.
